Wayward Plyometric Training

Plyometric Training – I see versions of it done in the weight room and on the field all the NSCA-logotime, but few without one or more of the errors noted in this NSCA article.

… most common at SHS – too high of repetitions, too short of rest, and intensity so high resulting in useless to dangerous form.
