Freshmen – Mon, Tue, Thurs, & Fri – Ready to go 8:15am
Varsity (so.-sr.) – Mon, Tue, Thurs, & Fri – 9:15am
**Field – Speed and Agility
Freshmen – Mon, Wed, & Fri – 9:15am
Varsity – Mon & Friday – 8:15am… Wednesday 9:15am
Whether field or weight room session, you can expect about an hour of scheduled work time. Be ready to go by start time. *Wednesday SAC Field days we will likely have additional activities planned (‘creative’). Expect to be done around 11am. I’ll have additional notes on the daily teambuildr workout for that day if we should expect any longer.
- On field days you should bring both cleats and tennis/cross trainer shoes.
- Daily workouts come to you by email and you can login to enter your activity on “TeamBuildr“.
- Is your teambuildr account set up? …Coach Neff or Coach Smalley can set you up during your weight room time if not.
