SHS Program Builder Ready for March

Programming has been updated for March. ¬†Spring sports are starting, but for those of you simply hitting the room for Spring, we’re beginning a series which will include undulations in design that will make you stronger and continue to maintain your size. ¬†We’ll also move from the barbell complexes we tried out the past couple of weeks and move into actual strength circuits.

Finally, this month we’ll also be running a posterior/anterior split (front side / back side) rather than an upper / lower split.
