Programming has been updated for March. Spring sports are starting, but for those of you simply hitting the room for Spring, we’re beginning a series which will include undulations in design that will make you stronger and continue to maintain your size. We’ll also move from the barbell complexes we tried out the past couple of weeks and move into actual strength circuits.
Finally, this month we’ll also be running a posterior/anterior split (front side / back side) rather than an upper / lower split.
