June Week 4

SHS workout program posted for this last week of June.  Tempo at 80 BPM push up test and max front squat are slated along with a full week of strength, agility, and speed work which is planned.

Weight room hours are a bit up in the air still.  I’ll find a way to get it open from 8 to 11 in the morning and Coach Armstrong will open again sometime in the later afternoon.  Figure out what works best for you and get there.
