This week is our final of the most recent strength series. We will be over loading a few sets prior to the Spring break. That will be an active recovery week and if you’re feeling you must get to a gym while the school is closed during that time keep it light and brief!.
We will do a couple brief Max testing when we return from break.
**Plan is still on to meet Tue & Thurs at the stadium at 10:30am during break. We’ll spend a bit of time with speed and agility related training those days…. remember, it’s an ‘active recovery’ week, not an wear out the couch recovery.
